Returns & Exchanges Made Easy
You may return unopened and unused items within 14 days of receiving your order.
All items must be in their original packaging and in resellable condition. Custom or clearance items are not eligible for return.
Returns must be approved before you send the item back. Please email us with your order number and reason for return. If approved, we’ll provide return instructions.
Once we receive and inspect your return, a refund will be issued to your original payment method. A restocking fee may apply to certain items.
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is defective or was sent in error.
We do not offer direct exchanges. To get a different item, simply place a new order and return the original.
