Black Extruded Acrylic Sheets for Cutting and Fabrication
Packs of 5 black extruded acrylic sheets in 3 mm or 6 mm, in sizes from 12" x 12" up to full 4' x 8' sheets. Extruded sheet has very consistent thickness, so it suits tab-and-slot parts, panels, enclosures and heat bending. Gloss opaque black for high-contrast engraved signs, panels and enclosures. Dark colours also cut well on many diode lasers.
- Pack Contents: 5 sheets of the selected thickness and size (48" x 96" is sold as 1 full sheet)
- Sizes: 12" x 12", 12" x 24", 24" x 24", 24" x 48", 48" x 96" (full 4' x 8' sheet)
- Thickness: 3 mm (1/8") or 6 mm (1/4"), consistent across the sheet
- Type: Extruded acrylic (PMMA), best for cut-only parts and bending
- Laser Notes: Cuts well on a CO2 laser with a flame-polished edge. Engraves clear rather than frosted white, so choose cast acrylic for engraving
- Protection: Masking on both sides to prevent scratches
Stock sizes are nominal and may run slightly under.
Shipping: 12" x 12" and 12" x 24" packs ship anywhere in Canada or can be picked up in Hamilton, Ontario. 24" x 24", 24" x 48" and full 4' x 8' sheets are local pickup only in Hamilton.

Returns & Exchanges Made Easy
You may return unopened and unused items within 14 days of receiving your order.
All items must be in their original packaging and in resellable condition. Custom or clearance items are not eligible for return.
Returns must be approved before you send the item back. Please email us with your order number and reason for return. If approved, we’ll provide return instructions.
Once we receive and inspect your return, a refund will be issued to your original payment method. A restocking fee may apply to certain items.
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is defective or was sent in error.
We do not offer direct exchanges. To get a different item, simply place a new order and return the original.
